Room available in our Aidanfield flat -$140 + bills

We are after someone to fill our 4th bedroom in our modern flat down a quiet street in Aidanfield.

What we are after: Someone who is also very easy going and isn’t going to mind if we have drinks or friends over. Respectful of other people’s personal items and living space, social and friendly is also a big plus. You’re able to clean up after yourself and pay bills on time. We aren’t the kind of flat to have a cleaning roster or anything, but do expect that you clean up after yourself and chip in with things like cleaning the shared bathroom, toilet, shower and vacuuming when it needs to be done. Must be working full time, no shift workers sorry.

What you’ll get: A double room at the front of the house with a double mirrored wardrobe (please note the room isn’t huge but it fits a double bed and draws etc..) You’ll be sharing the separate bathroom and toilet with just two others. Room doesn’t come furnished and you will have to provide your own fridge as the current fridge is already used by 3 others. Heaps of safe on street parking right outside the house.

Cost: $140 pw + bills (power and internet split once the bills come through) rent includes small things like cleaning products, toilet paper etc.. $570 bond No pets or smokers.

Current flat mates are two guys in their early/mid 20’s and myself being 26. We are all super easy going friends who get along really well as a flat. We all work full time Monday-Friday, the boys are tradies and I’m an office worker. We aren’t a party house but do enjoy having some drinks together, especially in the summer when we have BBQ’s and friends over :)
