We’re on the hunt for a new flatmate to join us in a new build in the new subdivision of Rototuna North. Well insulated and double glazed with heat pump.

We are looking for someone late 20’s plus and a full time working professional.

Double bedroom with big double wardrobe and will share the bathroom with 1 other.

Rent includes your normal house hold items such as cleaning products, milk, washing powder etc

Move in costs is $720 which is 3 weeks bond & 1 week in advance.

We are 2 females in our early 30’s (1 early childhood teacher and 1 vet). We enjoy the outdoors, hikes, walks, gym, one is a keen baker, chilling out at home, doing the odd flat dinner or activity together as well as doing our own thing. We are not a party house but enjoy wine or 2. We are both relaxed, social but also enjoy our down time.
