We are looking for a 4th flatmate to join us in our lovely home in Khandallah! Modern and with a stunning view of Wellington Harbour, plus with the benefits of a quiet neighbourhood that also has easy access to town.

The room is on the smaller side (would personally recommend a king single bed if you want much other furniture in there) but there is a lot of extra storage in the common areas and the living area is very spacious and recently renovated. Bedroom is unfurnished, but rest of flat is well furnished with things we’re happy to share!

All double-glazed, modern kitchen appliances and furnishings, heat pump and fireplace, two decks, backyard. Really great landlords/property managers. In general, feels more like a family home than a flat.

Bus stop right opposite our driveway for aprox 20 min trip into the CBD. Khandallah is also a great suburb for a driving commute for anyone who works north of Wellington (eg the Hutt, Porirua) but also wants an easy drive into the city.

Existing flatmates are 2 young professionals (female) and 1 post-grad student (male), considerate and friendly– we enjoy doing some shared cooking and hanging out together in the evenings, but no pressure if you’re the type who’d rather keep to yourself.
