Tina's room

Situated just off of K Road with Ponsonby and the CBD a 10 minute walk away, this is the perfect location with great bus routes! The sunny apartment has amazing sunset views over the harbour. Your room comes unfurnished (with space to easily fit a queen sized bed) so you can make it your own but does have a built in wardrobe with mirror.

You’ll be sharing the bathroom with one other and cleaning on rotation. It’s just had a new shower fitted and has decent water pressure.

We are furnishing the rest of the apartment ourselves so you won’t need to take care of that!

Your fellow flatties would be an English girl and Kiwi guy in their late 20s/early 30s.

Super chilled, we understand sometimes people don’t want to hang out and that’s all good. We’re planning summer roadies so if that’s your vibe, perfect. We love to chill in the week and at the weekend go for hikes, dinner and drinks. Always keen to meet new people, we’re pretty easy going and sociable.

We’re clean and tidy and would love you to be the same.
