We are an Indian couple with 4 year old son got 1 Double bedroom available (in a modern 4 bedrooms, and 2 bathroom house) to rent in Orewa. Room includes King Single Bed, bedside drawers and in built wardrobe. House is located 2 minutes drive to motorway, 5 minutes to Orewa beach. Petrol Station, Laundromat, local shops and take away across the road. Plenty of car park available on street. House is located in quite neighbourhood so not a party house. Rent is $250 includes power, water and Fibre Wi-Fi Move in cost is two weeks bond and one week rent in advance. NO PET, NO SMOKE, NO DRINK Phots were taken when house on sale so furniture differ.
