Looking for a flatmate to join our sunny Mt Eden home!

The flat is a modern town house with 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and a double garage. Flat also includes two off streets parks that we share amongst the flat and often squeeze three cars into. Backyard includes a wooden patio that gets lots of afternoon sun and we often enjoy beers and a bbq in summer. And did I mention the two Feijoa trees! House is 50m from a dairy, kebab shop and liquor store. Also 200m from the Mt Eden bus line The room comes unfurnished and comfortably fits a queen bed, two bedside tables and a chest of drawers as pictured. The room also has a large in built wardrobe and is a magnet for afternoon sun. Room and expenses is $215 & $20 per week. This covers water, power (including the occasional run of our heat pump), internet and flat ammenities (including a banging spice collection).

You’d be flatting with 2 couples and 1 female all in their mid twenties. All young professionals who occasionally work from home. We enjoy sharing a beer, a round of golf and the occasional plate of Mr Zhou’s dumplings as a flat. If the money stacks up, the flat card sometimes shouts family dinner on Sundays.
