Kimiya's room

4 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms. You will be the only one who uses one of the showers. Queen size bed with a desk is provided but can be removed if need be. The room is bright and sunny. Only 10 minute drive to Auckland CBD. Only a mum and daughter live in the house. We have 4 bedrooms but only 3 people will live in the house. We live in a quiet street but only 2 mins from sh16 and 5mins from sh18 Bills included are- unlimited wifi, water and electricity. We are clean and tidy people and are sociable but this is not a party house - would like like-minded individuals. Need someone who will clean after themselves and be respectful of use of electricity and water. We have cats who are mostly outside but do come in to sleep.
