Large room with walk in wardrobe/closest for storage. House is extremely private, surrounded by trees and bush with a massive back yard, and front deck. The property is set at the top of a hill with stunning views looking down at Long Bay beach and out to sea. Very large house, big kitchen and other areas, private parking down the driveway with gate. *No fibre available so are using 4g Wireless with 600gb for the flat, if you are a high usage internet person, might not be the best place. Streaming Netflix etc is fine. Bills are split between the flat each month.

One couple, one female and one male in the other rooms, aged between 21 and 30. All friendly and easy to get along with, full time workers. Most of the time we all do our own thing and keep to ourselves.
