Sunny, spacious double bedroom available in a 3 bedroom house. House includes a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom (shower over bath, separate toilet), two living rooms and laundry (w/dryer). The room includes a double wardrobe and cupboards above and can come furnished as pictured with a double bed, bedside table, large set of drawers and wall-mounted mirror if you want (may have a few other furnishing items if needed). The rest of the house is furnished and you’ll have full reign of the second living room. The property is fully fenced with a lush wee backyard (could work for a child or pet) and plenty of off-street parking.

There is potential to include a second single room (no wardrobe) in tenancy for an adjusted price- this could suit someone with a child or who needs extra space i.e. for storage/work from home situation. Please reach out to discuss as we are flexible.

Our ideal flatmate is someone who is also relaxed and friendly (we will certainly respect your right to privacy, however we hope to have a great flatmate relationship that is communicative and open). Prefer full-time worker/student, with respect, basic tidiness and on-time rent as a given. Child and pet friendly.

150/week (270 for couples) inclusive of power, water, internet and basic amenities/cleaning supplies. Moving in costs are 2 weeks rent as bond and 1 week rent in advance. Please feel free to message with any queries or to arrange a viewing.

We are a friendly, relaxed young couple with a 2 year old (mum and toddler live out of town full time and visit every other weekend so only one full-time worker is living here during most weeks).
