There is a double room available with fast Wi-Fi. It has a sliding glass door onto a deck which has views over fields and the hills. Sunny North facing. There is a built-in wardrobe. The room is unfurnished but furniture can be supplied at no cost if desired.

Live in a healthy and friendly house share with myself and an occasional other. It is a modern clean, and colourful house in a great location on a rural lifestyle block but only 4Km from Thames.

The main room is a large open plan living, dining and modern kitchen area opening onto a North facing deck. It is a bright space with windows in three directions. It is heated with a cosy wood stove. There is a tuned piano for use in the room. The bathroom has a bath and shower. There is a separate toilet. The house is equipped with a washing machine and tub.

Plenty of storage space is available under the house for things like outdoor activity equipment. Space for car parking on the drive. Can bike to Thames on the cycle track in 15 mins. Swimming hole close by.

The rent is $150/w ($650/m) plus sharing the power bill. $150 deposit. Rent payable monthly in advance. Wi-fi is free. Logs are supplied without charge for the stove. So living costs are kept down.
