Come stay at a place you can call home!

We have one large (queen) bedroom available it comes furnished with a bed and mattress, desk, and built-in wardrobe space for you to use. You are welcome to bring your own furnishings if you’d like!

The house gets all day sun, is double glazed, warm and dry, has a heatpump, and is fully furnished. The house has a pretty sweet balcony too, great when paired with a hot summer day and a bevvie!

The spare room upstairs is being used as a study/creative space (and doubles as laundry area in the winter, when hanging the clothes out isn’t an option).

The bathroom has both a shower and tub, and the toilet separate.

Located in Tawa, 4 minutes drive from the nearest train station (Redwood Station - Kapiti line), and about 15 minutes drive to the CBD and about 10 minutes to Porirua. Supermarkets and gas stations are super close too. We have our own parking space situated right outside the house.

Owner/occupier is the only other roomie at present.

I work as an IT Professional, working full time in the CBD - though some days working from home. In my spare time I enjoy being creative, composing music, cooking, or making something by hand!
