Hey there! Looking for a flatmate to fill last vacant room in our lovely 3 bedroom house! The house is a full-section home with plenty of off-street parking available for everyone. The room is a double bedroom with very spacious double wardrobe for $230 weekly. It is well lit and gets alot of sun. The room also comes furnished with a brand-new double bed, a bookshelf and bed side table. You will be sharing the bathroom and toilet with one other flatmate. The lounge is very spacious and opens to a large decking area and big garden space, you will love drinking ur morning coffee on the papasan chair while looking out to the garden, arguably the best spot in the house! There is a double garage separate from the house which we have kind of converted to a game room/gym. We have a table tennis table on the first level as well which you’re welcome to use. The location is very convenient, 3 minutes drive to Meadowland shopping centre and Les Mills Gym, and in the opposite direction approx. 4-5 minutes drive to botany shopping centre and all other local amenities We are two working professionals in our 20s looking for a like-minded person whos friendly and respectable to come and stay with us, preferably working professional as well 🙂 Please feel free to contact me for a chat if you’re interested I am flexible with viewing times 🙂
