We have a lovely medium sized bedroom up for grabs it comes with a double wardrobe and a bath and shower not too far away. The toilet is only a door away. The rent will be $310 a week as we are looking for a mature couple to join the household. The house comes with a heat pump and a HRV system which definitely comes in handy in winter. The expenses will be $35 each which does not cover food. The house has a sheltered deck which can be great to eat breakfast under. Ideally we are after a couple who is very clean, pays their rent on time and enjoys an occasional competitive games night.

Expenses will be $35 per person Bond will be two weeks rent $620 Plus a weeks rent in advance $310
