I live on kapiti coast, pram beach. five minute walk from the beach, twenty min walk to the river and live on the bus route. 10 minute drive into local pram.

The flat: -My cat (Benji and me) -Wardrobe -Decent sized room, can come with a bed if required -Rent is $230 a week plus expenses -$300 for a couple -Off street parking -Backyard and a deck -Fully furnished home with everything ya need -Heatpump -Garage

I am looking for: -Guy or girl, late 20s early 30s (there is a possibility of considering a couple) -Working -Ok living with a shift worker -Must be ok with a cat, no further pets sorry -Reliable, tidy, pays rent on time -Easy going. -You will also be required to apply through tenancy agency.
