No time restrictions Can use the Kitchen and (utensils not included,no food provided), Please clean as you go and leave it in the same condition as it was before.**

Rent is $ 180/week for one person Rent is $ 280/week for couple or two girls

All Bills i.e. Power, Water, Internet/Wifi (fibre) included in rent Deposit required is 2 week rent in advance and 3 week bond .

No pets or Smokers
