The house: • Huge - it’s 3 levels • 3 bedrooms • 2 bathrooms (1 upstairs with a bath/shower, 1 shared en- suite with a shower - this would be your bathroom) • Huge lounge/dining area + reading nook • Decent sized kitchen • Separate attic/lounge space with table tennis, fold-out couch for guests • Separate office/study • Large front patio with BBQ • Garage (for bikes, surfboards, scooters, etc. etc.) • Loads of storage space • Awesome city views throughout

The room: • Spacious - easily fits a Queen Bed, Drawers, and Desk • Large built-in wardrobe • Views of the harbour/city • Shared ensuite bathroom attached • $388 per week for the room ($194 per person) • Bills are an additional $20 per week per person

The location: • 30 minute walk to CBD • 8 minute walk to nearest bus stop • Large back lawn with picnic table and incredible views • Quiet, no street noise, and lots of native birds around • Unlimited street parking right outside the house

• 4 existing flatmates - 2 other couples, late 20s - early 30s • Have lived in the flat for 3.5 years - it’s that great of a place! • Reliable, easy-going, open-minded and social • Enjoy the occasional wine/beer (we recently brewed some of our own!), Hell’s pizza/movie nights, hiking, biking, skiing/snowboarding, surfing, concerts, etc. • LGBTQI-friendly (of course)
