We’re looking for a social couple to join our flat family in the heart of Ponsonby ☺️

About the flat: You couldn’t have asked for a better location with cafes, restaurants and amenities all at your doorstep. It is tucked nicely back from Ponsonby Road, the newly painted villa provides 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, lounge/kitchen and a large decking which is positioned perfectly for the afternoon sun and great for some summer BBQ’s. It also has a garage for extra storage. Your room is very generous in size, gets lots of afternoon sun and already comes with a double wardrobe and a little extra room off it which can be used as either a small office, storage/walk in wardrobe or whatever else your heart desires 🙂

The room is $430 and expenses per person would be $15 which covers - water, gas, power and wifi.

Alexus and I are working professionals in our mid 20’s both active and social. We love a yarn after work and a couple of cheeky vinos in the weekend but also very respectful during the week.
