Emma's room

This is a 4 bedroom house in Maungaraki, Lower Hutt. The house has 2 toilets and bathrooms. Upstairs toilet, shower and bath are all in seperate rooms. Downstairs isn’t. We have 2 bedrooms to fill in our house. We have a dog who is very friendly and house trained. So would prefer someone who is comfortable around animals. We would be looking for 2 people or couples. Preferably people who are professionals or someone studying. Would like to have people who are tidy and responsible living with us. The security deposit will be discussed when someone is found.

There is my partner and I, and our pup diesel in the property. We are both mature professionals, who work full time. We’re tidy people and clean up after ourselves.
