Single ($200), Single with balcony ($230) and Double ($250) room available. Couple is okay for the double bedroom (Inquire $). The house is located in front of a mall (St. Lukes) and walking distance to gym, petrol station, bus stations, dairy, restaurants etc.) 3-5 minute drive from motorway. All rooms have wardrobe and bed. Electricity, water and wifi included (reasonable use). The house is fully furnished. Washing machine and dryer are available (free laundry soap). We have kitchenware available but better if you bring your own rice cooker. Dishwashing liquid, toilet rolls, and scrubbers are provided.
All housemates are working on weekdays and prefers to chill during weekends. We like doing bbq from time to time because we have a nice and huge backyard. We are looking for someone who’s responsible and tidy.
