Sim's room

We actually have two bedrooms available in a large home, both rooms have privacy and overlook a Bush Reserve. Our home is situated in Torbay Heights, it has a modern kitchen, a modern bathroom. Both rooms can be either furnished or unfurnished, and could easily fit a double/queen size bed (one of them even a king size bed!). Kitchen has nice panoramic sea views, adjoined by a sunny lounge from where you can access a large deck again with sea views. Bus stop is literally at the end of the driveway.

We are two other people living in the property, and we are both working. We are easy going, love music and cooking. This is our own home, and since we take pride of the place we live in, we are taking good care of it. The two bedrooms are on the ground floor, and there is a bathroom across the hallway from the bedrooms, so this bathroom will only be shared between the people who will occupy these bedrooms, as we have our own bathrooms. We could actually say that the bathroom is private/only for the occupiers of the two rooms. Both rooms have been recently renovated and have their own clothes cabinet.
