About the room
Viewings in Level 4 via video call
One double sized room available in modern 4-bedroom house. You will only be sharing with myself and my 5 year old daughter who is with me 50% of the time. One of the rooms in the house is set up as an office.
You will get 95% use of your own bathroom. My daughter will use my ensuite most of the time but will use the main bathroom (your bathroom) now and then for a bath.
The house is large and has 2 x lounges, a spa pool, a large fully fenced section and 2 x heat pumps. It is fully furnished with all whiteware, 2 x TVs and furniture.
The area if very quiet and friendly, with Hallertau restaurant/bar a 3-minute walk from home and the Riverhead pub also very close. SH16 is a 5 minute drive and Westgate a 10 minute drive.
Negotiable to a dog as the house is fully fenced and my daughter loves dogs, but would have to be a quiet, well trained dog :-)
Bills $50 per week which includes power, water and unlimited wifi No parties
About the roomies
I work full-time as a chef & photographer. Flatmates are me & my 5-year old daughter 50% of the time
