THE ROOM: • Large, sunny double bedroom with ample built in storage and large windows • Wooden floors & white walls • Bedroom can come furnished or unfurnished • Window behind bed has a screen that can be fitted should you want full privacy (although window is 2-way glass meaning you can see out to the beautiful views, but others cannot see in) • You also have shared access to the “spare bedroom” which is not big enough to rent but it’s big enough to put a desk, put any items you wish to store, create a little home gym etc THE APARTMENT: • Airy flow home with large windows boasting sweeping views of Evans Bay, Miramar etc • Wooden floors & white finishes creating an open feel • Heat pump • Home is fully furnished, nicely with many indoor plants • Happy respectful vibe • Off street parking (as it’s close to the top of Mount Vic you are always able to find a park close to the front) • Front garden area with small vegetable garden (which has produced some sad potatoes & tomato’s) • Access is via circa 2 flights of stairs (no stairs, no views is what I have learnt!) COSTS: • Rent weekly is $300 for a single (I am happy to negotiate couple’s if they pop up) • Expenses are split when bills come in to make it fair, an idea of a typical monthly cost is: unlimited fibre internet - $43.00 pp, power – circa $90 pp, household goods – circa $15 pp • Bond is 4 weeks rent being - $1,200 which will be lodged with the Bond Lodgement Office
