We have got a single room available in our central Saint Luke’s flat!

The flat is prime location, directly across the road from Saint Luke’s mall, and within 5 minutes walking distance from CityFitness, the gas station, the warehouse, and close to Kingsland for some flat outings on the weekends. Only 15 bus into the city (bus stop is right outside). The place allows cats, and although we don’t currently have one, the neighbours one Smokey comes by from time to time for snuggles.

The room is a steal at only $140 per week including water, plus about $20 per week for power and internet. The bond is 3 weeks rent. The room fits a Queen bed as pictured and a small bed side table, perfect for a student! There are two toilets and two showers so no need to worry about queuing for the bathroom. There is plenty of off street parking too!

You’ll be living with three others (2 girls one guy) ages between 21-25, who are either working professionals or studying. We are after someone similar who enjoys socialising from time to time but we are equally happy being antisocial.
