Beautiful and very sunny room is available for rent in New Lynn. Supermarkets, gyms, Train stations e Mall are all a 5 minutes drive away, City Centre it’s only a 15 minutes drive, 5 minutes drive to Titirangi and the magnificent Waitakere Rangers. The house is really spacious, with a very big garden, car park and 2 toilets (so don’t need to be shared) Looking for a tidy person that enjoys having good conversations, a glass of wine and good food! The room comes unfurnished. Price is $240 a week, not including bills. (Water, electricity, Wi-Fi)
