I am moving back to Auckland therefore I’m looking for someone to take over my lease.

This studio complex has a total of 5 rooms and has been built to a very high standard and proves popular with discerning senior students, university staff and professionals. 119A is the rear new 2 storey building (behind the red brick house).

Room rates include limited power and unlimited ultra fast broadband, plus a weekly cleaner who takes care of the common areas and communal rubbish bins.

The rooms have tiled ensuites with good wardrobe storage space. A small kitchenette with fridge & microwave, queen bed, desk, chairs and flat screen freeview TV. The queen size bed and leather chairs are high end Italian products. Please note, linen and bedding are not provided.

There is also a second separate toilet for communal use along with shared laundry and full kitchen with granite bench top and top quality white ware.

Situated on the mid to lower section of York Place, a 2 minute walk to George Street, easy walking distance to the university and hospital.

Everyone living on this property is kind and friendly. Will not bother you with any loud music or noise.
