This house has been newly renovated, so it is a warm, well insulated and spacious home. We have an inviting outdoor living area which is perfect for BBQ’s and entertaining in Summer. The main living area is comprised of an open plan kitchen, dining and living room making this space large, well lit and comfortable. This house is located off of the street and is in a quiet spot. There is a bus top 1 minute away from the house, taking you into the city in less than 30 minutes. We are a 5 minute drive from the main Johnsonville shopping area. Your room is a well lit, medium sized bedroom with a walk in wardrobe. You will be sharing a bathroom with one couple upstairs. The toilet is separate to the bathroom as pictured. Expenses are approximately $25 per week. Two weeks bond and one weeks rent in advance is required. All we ask is that you are clean and tidy, and respect the property.

You will be living with two couples, both aged between twenty four and twenty six. We work and study, and each couple has a dog. We are a relaxed group and are respectful of each other. We like to keep the house clean and tidy and enjoy being outdoors just as much as we love sitting down for a movie or two.
