Boulcott Street

hey everyone! i am looking for someone to take over my lease as im moving out, its a 5 bedroom apartment located on boulcott street. you would be flatting with 4 female second year students from vic! super close to uni campus and shops etc, rent is $243.50 per week + $4.75 a week for internet. power is paid once we recieve the bill. the lease runs through until january 27th 2022. looking for someone to move in from 11th Sept but will confirm after lockdown is over, message if you want more photos or need more info!

move in cost is $940 for bond + 1 weeks rent

Currently I live with 4 female second year students. All of them are out going, friendly and accepting and always willing to meet new people! Everyone is responsible and quite independant. Everyone has their own schedules but always willing to make time for events etc.
