Phoebe's room

We live on a quiet street near Barrington Mall and the Port Hills. It is in the most ideal location. The room is spacious and has a double wardrobe, and can come furnished or unfurnished depending on your preference. The room has large windows and gets great sun! Our flat is so cosy and feels like a home, we have a fireplace which we have had going all winter, plenty of plants and we keep the flat super nice and tidy. There is garden room on either side of the house, a huge garage where we store all our sports gear and plenty of parking. The house is down a long driveway so isnt street facing.

You will be living with three epic flatmates, all females in their mid twenties. One works in hospitality, another as a teacher aide, and the third as an ecologist out in the field. We all get along really well and often hang out in the lounge together in the evenings (sometimes silent reading, maybe playing a board game). We are all independent however and have friends and lives outside of the flat. The most important flatmate is our beautiful 4 year old cat Poppy. She has a great personality and we all love her, will be sitting on our laps in the evenings. We are all cat friendly, and also LGBT+ friendly and our new flatmate must be aswell. We are a fairly active flat, with two mountain bikers and one swimmer. We are looking for someone who is similar age, independent, but would also be keen to get to know the flatmates and hang out sometimes in the evenings or weekends!
