Valerie's room

We are looking to fill our spare bedroom in our house.. it is located in newlands which is a 10-15 minute drive into the city. The bus stop to head into town is literally opposite the house and takes 15 minutes to get into the city. The room is furnished with a single bed only or can be unfurnished if needed. The rest of the house is furnished. We have a secured car park that can be used and plenty of off street parking. In close proximity to new world which is a minutes walk away. We are a couple who work full time. There is one other room mate who lives with us and works full time too. This is not a party house. But we do enjoy a drink or two over the weekend.
