4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home in Beach Haven. Huge double bedroom $275 per week. Move in date is negotiable but we need someone in a week or 2. Extra-large bedroom available in a spacious 2-storey home on the beachfront with 4 bedrooms + spare room, 3 bathrooms, large open plan kitchen/dining/lounge. We have multiple decks & a large back yard which goes down to the beach. Surrounded by bush reserve and walks and stunning sea views. The photos don’t do it real justice!

Huge room (approx.4m x 4m) is available downstairs with direct access to downstairs deck. It comfortably fits a king size bed, 2 sets of large drawers, bedside tables, desk and a couch plus more if you want. Comes with free standing wardrobe as no built-in. You’ll share the downstairs bathroom with only one other who is never here. Plenty of storage in the house plus additional storage in garage and basement.

Ideal flatmate: 30+ but flexible for the right person. Independent, mature, professional, considerate. Couples negotiable, but sorry no pets allowed. Bedroom is unfurnished. House is furnished but there’s room for other stuff if you have it.

Move in costs are 1 week rent in advance and 4 weeks bond. Rent is paid weekly. Expenses are $50 per week which covers power/wate¬r/wi-fi/lawnmower/household products. Parking: Double garage and off-street parking. Close to all amenities including local shops, buses & ferries. Move in date is negotiable but need someone in the next couple of weeks.
