We’re a working couple looking for someone like-minded, respectful, and tidy to share our flat in Westmere.

Rent is $250 including expenses. The room large, fits a queen size bed, is unfurnished and has a built-in wardrobe and shelves so plenty of storage space. Off street parking available. And there is a great place for gardening if that’s your thing! The room is available now and we’re happy for you to pop in and take a look whenever suits.

It’s a great location close to all amenities. There are multiple bus stops, cafes, takeaways, a butcher, and a grocer all within 30 seconds walk! Slightly further but still within walking distance is a supermarket.

1 x week advance plus Bond 2 x rent.
