About the room
We are looking for a flatmate to join our beautiful, spacious abode which is conveniently located in Welbourn (photos don’t do it justice!). Walking distance to town and East End beach along the Te Henui, and across the road from the racecourse and TSB Stadium.
You’d be renting a double room with a wardrobe. This comes unfurnished. Your bathroom would be shared with one other. You’d also have full use of the common areas and appliances of the house, including a beautiful outdoor fire place perfect for both summer and winter.
Our ideal flatmate would be a similar full-time working/studying professional; someone who is tidy, friendly, considerate, and willing to contribute to the daily running of the house with chores etc. No smokers, no pets. Couples may be considered.
Costs:
- Rent: $225 p/w
- Power, gas + internet: approx. $100 per month
- Bond: $800
About the roomies
Currently there is 2 of us living here: both of us in our twenties who both work/study full time.
