We are seeking a flatmate to share our 5-bedroom home. This is a large home with multiple living areas plus pool. Plenty of space to move around in. The room has a built in wardrobe and the bathroom is shared however there are two bathrooms available to use. Close to Richmond town and amenities. Car parking is also available. Rent includes power, gas and internet. No smoking and no vaping. No pets. Rent is $220 payable 2 weeks in advance plus a bond equivalent to 3 weeks rent.
