We are seeking a flatmate/s to share our 5-bedroom home. This is a large home with multiple living areas plus pool. Plenty of space to move around in. The rooms are large and have a built in wardrobe. Seperate bathroom. There is a vanity unit included in your room for your convenience. Close to Richmond town and amenities. Car parking is also available. No pets. Rent is $250 plus an extra $70 for couples per week payable 1 week in advance plus bond. Two rooms available.

We are an easy going professional couple with a beautiful german shepherd who is friendly. This is a large home with plenty of space to cater for shared living.
