We are seeking a flatmate to share our 5-bedroom home. This is a large home with multiple living areas plus pool. Plenty of space to move around in. The room is large and has a built in wardrobe. The bathroom is shared however there are two bathrooms available to use. There is a vanity unit included in your room for your convenience. Close to Richmond town and amenities. Car parking is also available. Rent includes power, gas and internet. No smoking and no vaping. No pets. Rent is $350 per week payable 2 weeks in advance plus a bond equivalent to 3 weeks rent.

We are an easy going professional couple and work mainly from home. We have a beautiful german shepherd who is friendly.
