Kia Ora all, there’s a room available in central Lower Hutt (Boulcott) in 2 weeks!!

Newly renovated sleep out attached to the house, has a small kitchen, bathroom and the laundry is in a separate room right next to the sleepout. Lovely new deck to enjoy the sun!

Location is primo! Right across the road from Janus bakery with multiple other takeaways and shops around the little boulcott village. Train and bus station are in close proximity! Parking is available but it’s on street (100m from house).

Preferably a couple, $325 rent (exlcuding expenses). However, if you’re a single and want to pay the same rent happy to consider.

Room is unfurnished, but will provide a fridge, TV and wardrobe. Happy to consider people that require furnishing as that option could be on the cards.
