Rent is $195 per including power.

The room will fit a queen bed, draws, desk. The room gets afternoon sun and has a big double wardrobe. Plenty of room for someone with a lot of clothes etc.

The room is furnished but could be unfurnished on request.

Price includes, internet, power etc. Just buy your own food and toiletries and help out with toilet paper and cleaning. Bathroom is shared with 1 other.

Must be okay living with a cat no other pets sorry.

Parking on street, an off street space may be able to be arranged.

A Bond will be required. 3 weeks notice to leave.

Pretty happy, chilled house, male 40yo. Just want someone who is full time working or studying who is tidy, respectful and happy to pitch in with cleaning etc.

I enjoy the odd drink, watching movies, occasional BBQ - all the good things, but also appreciate time to myself so if you like this then cool.
