Cockayne Road

3 bedroom house in Ngaio with a garden and surrounded by of trees - regular tui and kererū visit us! It’s up a bit of a path from the road. The room is medium size and comes with a comfy, barely used queen bed. It has a large double wardrobe and big windows that look out over the garden. There’s a bus stop down on the street that goes straight into town and street parking if you have a car. Close to both Ngaio and Khandallah shops and Crofton Downs Countdown :)

We are a couple of teachers in our late twenties/early thirties who love to get into the outdoors and go camping or hiking. Sam likes reading, music and rock climbing and is keen to learn to surf (bonus points if you can teach him). Rose spends her spare time studying, doing yoga and loves native birds. We’re vegetarian and enjoy cooking together, and we’re rainbow friendly. This isn’t really a party house but we like having pals and whanau round for drinks/dinner/board games :)
