About the room
The house is comfortable with a section and in a quiet street. The area is close to the city, Riccarton and Addington. There are parks in walking distance. The room is mostly unfurnished apart from a single bed and small set of drawers. There is a good sized wardrobe and most of a large top cupboard. Food is separate. I would prefer someone wanting quiet after 10 . The room has access to outside. Flatmates 45 plus preferred.Temporary or longer-term.
