Your room is big enough for double or queen bed. 2 years old townhouse. Located in Flat Bush Manukau City near the new Ormiston shopping centre. A small living room and a terrace are upstair. You may love it. Provide cupboard only for flatmates. Each one shelve in the fridge. Washing machine is to share in the garage. Price included power, gas, water, and internet. No pets, No smokers. No shoes at home. I am specifically looking for female  working professionals. 4 bedrooms total but there is 1 room available as the master and en suite bedrooms will be taken by myself (nurse) and my son You will share the full bathroom and seperate toilet with only a female (Uni student) flatmate. No smoker. Live with respectful manner. No party home. Friends are welcome anytime but no sleep over. My son (study and work)stays down stair with en-suite and I (NICU nurse) stay upstair with en-suite.
