Location: very central - yet super quiet, 5 mins walk from Uprising, 5 mins drive from YMCA. Your room (1): Spacious and bright unfurnished (option to take the bed over from previous flatmate) master bedroom (21 sqm) on 1st floor with an open and a closed wardrobe with loads of storage space.

Room option 2: I´d be willing to move rooms for the right person and you can have my room (185$ + bills). Smaller, but still spacious enough for a queen bed, drawers, potentially a desk. I have an open wardrobe.

More storage space available in house & garage. If you have more furniture - we will surely find a place. The house: Open kitchen/lounge/office room, separate laundry and toilet downstairs. 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with tub/shower and toilet upstairs. Cute garden in the back. Plenty of onstreet parking (or driveway over night). Social yes, party no. No smoking/vaping, no pets. Power, wifi, Netflix (if you want)= 20$ weekly on top of rent approx.

Ideal flatmate: 35-50 yrs old, healthy lifestyle, outdoorsy, vegan/vegetarian/flexitarian, reliable, mindful of others and their environment, tidy.

About me: I´m 41 yrs old, working full time - I have funky split shifts, you might not see me a lot. I eat mostly plant-based, love healthy food, cooking, being active and the outdoors (climbing, hiking, kayaking), gardening. A good movie and a glass of red aren´t bad either. I am reliable, tidy, quiet and respectful. Can be social - or leave you alone. :)
