FLATMATE WANTED IN FLATBUSH!
RENT: $200 per week BOND: $630 BILLS: Approx. $100, Spilt monthly – Water, Power/Gas, Internet, and Lawns
We currently have a room that’s available to move into from 9th October. The room itself is unfurnished but can fit a double bed, desk and drawers and comes with a wardrobe. Bathroom will be shared with another flatmate.
The house itself is a sunny spacious modern home with deck area that is furnished. We have a washer and dryer that is available for use. There is driveway parking and off-street parking available. Unfortunately, there is no access to public transport within walking distance.
Located off Flatbush School Road, you’ll be minutes away from Ormiston Town Centre and not far from either Manukau or Botany with motorway access being near by too.

About the roomies
You’ll be living with six other flatmates (2 gals and 4 guys) all in our early 20s either studying or working. We’re all busy during the week and mostly keep to ourselves but up for drinks on a given occasion – Ideally, we would like someone similar in age who will be respectful, easy going, tidy etc.
