About the room
As you can see the room is small, but there is a decent sized wardrobe and space in the lounge/hallway to store larger items permanently as we have done previously. The apartment is aesthetically pretty basic but functional, has everything you need.
Absolutely incredible shower pressure, I can’t describe how good it is. Big plus when we originally looked at the place. Balcony that opens up fully, which I personally quite like on summer nights.
We’ve got a good property manager, and the apartment is managed well from what we’ve seen.
There is a carpark available which will bring the rent up to $300, it’s covered and connected to the building.
About the roomies
You’ll be living with two 22 year old fresh uni graduates currently in the process of failing to find a job in their respective fields.
