Looking for either a couple or single person to move into our 3 bedroom Avonhead flat as my partner and I are moving out! Large room with a walk in wardrobe and ensuite Rent is $250 ($125 each for a couple)

Will be living with two easy going lads who work full time and like having the occasional beverage
