This house has two levels, bedrooms on the ground floor and lounge and kitchen area on the first floor. There is a small view of the Manukau Harbour as well as of the trees and surrounding gardens. Awesome spot to relax with the good weather coming!

The bathroom is separate and will mostly be used only by the flatmate as we have a separate bathroom.

House will be fully furnished except for rooms. More than happy to arrange furniture at an extra cost.

Parking will be on the street.

Expenses are additional to the rent - (Electricity)

We are a working couple in the late 20’s. Ketan - Software Consultant and Purnima : Assistant Accountant. We are a friendly bunch, like to enjoy our tea in the morning and a good series to binge in the evening. Saying that, we are usually busy with work during the week with our side gigs. Purnima is a professional classical dance instructor and Ketan has a franchise business and also does photography and videography when he is available.
