First Avenue

1 room available!! We live in the heart of Kingsland, myself for almost 4 years in the same house. We are 4 people at the moment and looking for 1 more person from now on. It’s a big house, especially the common area is amazing, very sunny with garden and deck. The room has in-build wardrobes and our current flat mate would leave his bed. The common areas got what is needed, if the future flat mate has something to add to our home then they are absolutely welcome to do it. 🙂 Kingsland is lovely with pubs, cafes and gyms, which are our locals. Public transport is just around the corner (bus and train). Some photos are from the previous tenants, it’s not how the set up is at the moment.

(Myself) Jasmin: I’m German - almost 39y, been in NZ for over 8 years and worked in hospitality my whole life. I work at Cassia in the CBD

Daniel: He is from Colombia, he’s 34y, he is a chef at “Sid at the French Cafe”.

Keri: She’s a Kiwi, 33y and works as a babysitter. She also has a cat.

AJ: He’s 20y and a Kiwi as well. He works as a chef at Sidart.

MJ: He’s 31y I believe, Irish and a doctor.

We are open to age, other occupations and we like different nationalities as it’s cool to see and meet different cultures. We love food and wine and we do like to hang out together. Now and then we like to party as well 😁. We like to get along with our flat mates and like to get to know them but we all need our own time too. Ideally we are looking for long term flat mates. (Please be vaccinated - thanks for understanding😊)
