This room is available over the summer from November to February as the tenancy will finish in mid-February. The room is of a decent size with ample room to fit a double bed, desk and other belongings while still have ample room to move around. The room has a double wardrobe with built-shelves that are also adjustable and it also has a couple of sets of power points. The property is in close proximity to the University of Waikato and is a 2 minute walk to the Silverdale shops, making it an ideal location for students or young professionals. The property provides for a number of off-street parks and also boasts a spacious living and dining area. The neighbours are friendly and considerate.

There are 5 tenants living at the property currently (including myself) and we are all in our early twenties. One of our group is currently studying while also working part-time and the others are all working full-time.
