Jonty's room

Room Avaliable!! Unfortunately due to covid my partner and I are leaving Auckland, this means that our wonderful room in Newmarket is up for grabs. The room itself is situated on the bottom floor, along with your own bathroom. The living spaces and kitchen are on the second floor and the third floor has two other bedrooms so you have a bit of privacy being downstairs. The other flatmates are two wonderful couples who either work full time or study. The flat is a 5 -10 min walk to central Newmarket. Their is a wonderful fenced outdoor space which gets a good amount of sun. There is a parking spot avaliable in the covered garage as well is plenty of street parking. Close to bus stop and train station, great local cafes. Room is $275 pw excluding expense. Available from the 22nd of November.

4 Flatmates (2 couples) Everyone is pretty private. 2 girls 2 guys. Both rooms are on the 3rd floor where your room will be on the first. All are in mid 20’s
