Hey everyone, We’re looking for a couple or single person for our master bedroom in Mount Roskill, as our current lovely flatmates are leaving us for Christchurch. Must be LGBTQI+ friendly, chill, preferably late 20s and above. Available from Nov 20, $330p.w + $25 bills each. The room is large and light, with an ensuite, standing wardrobe and a desk. It’s plenty big enough to use as your office if you work from home. The super king-sized bed is for sale by arrangement from the couple currently in the room. Our house has an open plan kitchen-dining-living room opening onto a sunny deck and lawn, gas stove, heat pump. Plenty of off-street parking available and a shed for your bike. Happy to do a reshuffle if you have furniture (We’re working on making the living room more comfy). We’re off Dominion Road close to Tai Ping supermarket, public transport, motorways.

We’re two sisters (and besties) - Jade (28) and Jordyn (31). Jade is studying to be a teacher and Jordyn is studying social work while working as a mental health support worker. We’re friendly, sociable, clean & tidy, but also very easy-going! We’d like to have a flat whānau that can socialise together but also respect each others’ quiet time.
