• The house is big, modern, warm, double glazed and has A/C!! 5 bedrooms (yours will be the only one downstairs aka privacy), 4 bathrooms, 2 lounge rooms, it has a beautiful modern kitchen with a separate butler’s kitchen attached (includes sink and second gas stove). There is also internal access garaging with a built-in laundry space.

What we are looking for:

• A couple who cleans up after themselves and has flatted before
• Someone who pays rent & bills on time
• Preferably someone kind, easy going, in their mid/late 20s and working full time, just like ourselves
• Isn’t a fur baby mom/dad, we love them but can’t have pets at the house (but bonus points if you have access to some 🐾 )
• Someone who doesn’t smoke, sorry landlords rules
• We aren’t a party flat given the place is brand new (we can make an exception if it’s a special occasion!) but you are more than welcome to go out and have a good time 🕺🏽
• We are a tidy and mature flat that loves to socialise, have a cheeky drink or watch a movie, but we also value our alone time.
